Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Then cut into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.
  3. In a saucepan, bring the water for the rice with a teaspoon of broth to the boil and let the rice cook for about 13 minutes.
  4. At the same time, fry the chicken in a pan with a little hot oil until it is cooked through and lightly browned. In a second pan, fry the onions in hot oil until translucent and after a while add the pepper cubes and fry them with them. As soon as the meat and the diced paprika and onion rings are seared, put both together in a pan and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add honey if necessary.
  5. Arrange the meat with the rice on plates and serve hot.
