Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil, add the hot and sweet mustard, stir in the honey and the runny cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the chopped dill (1 packet of frozen dill is also possible) and bring to a simmer.
  2. Serve warm with smoked salmon, served with baguette bread
