• 300 g cream cheese, e.. Philadelphia
• 1 ½ tablespoon honey, more liquid
• 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons vinegar (wine vinegar)
• 1 pinch (s) pepper
• 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
• 0.5 ½ bunch chives, finely chopped (or frozen)
• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped (or frozen)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
2. Tastes very good with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
