Mix the honey, mustard, mayonnaise and yoghurt together until smooth. Then add the dill, salt and pepper and stir well.
Sandwich:
Put some of the cream on the first slice of white bread. Place half of the specified ingredients in the specified order.
Put on the second slice of white bread and squeeze a little. Brush with cream.
Place the rest of the ingredients on top and place the third slice of white bread on the sandwich and gently squeeze it off again.
Cut diagonally.
Now the sandwich can be eaten straight away or packed as a sandwich for lunch. The sandwich can also be prepared the evening before and stored in the refrigerator and used the next day.
The rest of the cream can be kept tightly closed in a plastic bowl in the refrigerator for a few days.
