Instructions

  1. Put the mustard in a bowl. Slowly stir in the sunflower oil so that it becomes a creamy mass, then add the honey. Finely chop the dill and add to the dip with a little horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This dip goes very well with smoked and pickled salmon.
