• 300 g chicken breast
• 8 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 4 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1 teaspoon lemon peel, untreated, grated

• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt, coarse

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breast into 100 g schnitzel. Mix the remaining ingredients in a freezer bag. Marinate the meat in it for at least 2 hours.
2. Ideally, start marinating the evening before. Cook the marinated meat on the grill.
