Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Mix the honey and mustard well and brush the puff pastry with it. Top with ham and sprinkle the parmesan on top. Roll up from both long sides towards the middle. Chill for 20 minutes and then cut into 1 cm wide slices. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
