The nuts are roughly chopped. It doesn`t matter which nuts you use. A single variety can be used, e.g. walnuts, or you can mix different varieties. Roast the chopped nuts in a non-stick pan, then add 250 g butter, 175 g sugar and 4 tablespoons honey. Roast everything together in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Mix 100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 tablespoon honey and the egg. Then mix in the yogurt, flour and baking soda.
Put the dough on a greased baking sheet. Distribute the nut mixture evenly on top while it is still hot. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for 20 minutes. Cut into small squares after 10 hours.
