Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
• 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoon honey
• 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 clove (s) garlic, peeled and mashed
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
• 1 pinch (s) thyme
• some pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients - except for the meat - together. Leave the chicken breast fillets with the marinade to stand for at least an hour - but better overnight. Then fry on the grill.
2. Can also be used in the pan outside of the barbecue season.
