Put all ingredients in a measuring cup and puree with a hand blender or put everything in a blender. If you want the smoothie to be less thick, you can add orange juice to the desired consistency.
If the smoothie isn`t sweet enough: A real smoothie only contains 100% fruit, but if you want, you can sweeten it with honey. You should avoid sugar or syrup. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
