Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packet. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form four patties. Fry both sides in a little oil.
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly and then carefully deglaze with milk and cream. Bring to the boil again and then stir in the cheese over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the toast and divide it on two plates. Place a pattie on each slice and spread the fries over the top. Finally pour the cheese sauce over it and serve hot.
