Drizzle the grated horseradish and apple over with the lemon juice so that it doesn`t turn brown. Stir in the creme fraiche with the hand blender, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds before serving.
Tastes great with roast beef!
Tip: Be careful when removing the pomegranate seeds! The stains caused by the juice hardly come out in light-colored fabrics when washed!
