• 100 g whole milk yourt

• 1 tablespoon herb vinegar
• 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot

Instructions

1. Rinse the chives and cut into rolls. Mix with horseradish, crème fraîche, yogurt and milk. Season to taste with herb vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
