Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic clove or press it through the garlic press. Knead with the mixed minced meat, the peeled and mashed banana, the egg, 2 - 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, mustard, sweet paprika powder, hot paprika powder, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Shape small balls with wet hands. Heat clarified butter. Fry the balls brown on all sides, remove and keep warm.
  2. For the sauce, peel the onion and sauté in the remaining roasting fat. Add the tomato sauce. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Add the fruit to the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and the lemon juice. Fold in the chopped parsley before serving. Serve the sauce separately from the balls.
