Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel and slice the carrots. Wash and core the peppers and cut into strips. Wash the sugar snap peas and cut diagonally. Wash and core the chilli and cut into fine strips. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Cut the meat into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the onions for about 30 seconds. Add beef and fry properly. Then add the vegetables and fry everything for another 5 - 7 minutes. Stir in the rice and season everything with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
