Let the berry mixture (TK) get hot in an appropriately large saucepan with the cinnamon bark, clove and vanilla pod. Deglaze with the port wine or grape juice. Let simmer gently for another 8-10 minutes. Remove the spices (cinnamon bark, clove, lemon peel and vanilla pod) and add the liqueur (only for adults!). Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and use it to peel the berry mixture to the desired consistency. Tastes very good with desserts, creams, ice cream, etc.
