Cut the baguette into slices, brush them with olive oil and fry in the oven until golden brown, at about 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Put tomato sauce on the slices of baguette, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan on top, put in the oven for a couple of minutes, until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle the prepared cheese croutons with basil and serve.
