Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a baking dish or drip pan. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Drain the kidney beans and corn. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and white inner skins and cut into cubes. Add all the vegetables to the chicken and mix. Mix the spice mixture for chili con carne with the cream and water and pour over the meat-vegetable mixture. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips (nachos) on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
  4. Side dish: baguette.
