- Heat the milk slowly, cut the cheese into slices and add to the milk. Add sambal oelek and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Now mix in the harissa spice mixture, stir everything well and bring to the boil briefly.
- After heating, the cheese dip is still a little runny. So let stand for about 30 minutes until the dip has set and serve with nachos.
