Instructions

1. You need two cups.
2. Heat the milk on the stove. Add the cocoa powder and stir; Pour into the cups. A funnel can be used to help.
3. Add a scoop of ice to each cup. Halve each marshmallow once and put 3 half marshmallows in each cup. Sprinkle with cream and maybe a pinch of cocoa powder.
