Melt the chocolate in a water bath and brush it thickly on the inside of a latte macchiato glass with a brush, then add the frothed hot milk.
Sweetening as needed, depends a little on the type of chocolate and the taste.
The chocolate will now melt very slowly.
When drinking, you go up with a long-handled spoon on the edge of the glass, so you have chocolate on the spoon with milk foam on it. Super tasty and a great alternative to conventional hot chocolate
The icing on the cake is when you take two different chocolates. I once brushed the glass with dark chocolate and white chocolate. very tasty and also a visual highlight.
