Instructions

1. Bring the milk to the boil and remove from the stove, dissolve the chocolate and nougat in it while stirring. Peel the banana and puree in the milk. Stir in cardamom. Divide into 4 cups. Decorate with chocolate shavings and a dollop of cream.
