Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, heat the milk and remove the pan from the stove. Dissolve the crushed chocolate, stirring constantly, until it is completely melted.
Remove the tea bags and slowly add the tea to the chocolate milk while stirring. Heat carefully and, if necessary, sweeten with sugar. Fill into 3-4 cups and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
