• 6 piece (s) chocolate, 50 to 75%, alternatively 2 - 3 tablespoon cocoa
• sugar, optional
• 4 tablespoon liqueur (strawberry baileys)
• some cream, whipped

Instructions

1. Put the milk in a saucepan and warm it up. Add chocolate or cocoa and whisk with a milk frother. Use sugar as needed. Stir in the Baileys and pour into cups or glasses. Pour the whipped cream onto the hot chocolate.
2. The amounts of chocolate, cocoa or Baileys can be adjusted to suit the particular taste.
