• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 250 ml milk
• 125 ml cream
• 1 cinnamon stick (s)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 60 g dark chocolate, rated

Instructions

1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp with a knife. Put the milk, cream, vanilla pulp, vanilla sugar, chocolate and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan and heat slowly. Stir until everything has combined. Finally, pour the hot chocolate into a mug and serve.
