Heat the apple juice in a saucepan or in the microwave, but do not let it boil.
Finely grate the ginger. Makes about 1 teaspoon. Add the ginger to the hot juice and stir. You have to stir every now and then, the grated ginger always swims upwards.
You can also squeeze the ginger in a vegetable press, then it`s better to squeeze more ginger and put the remaining juice in a glass with a screw cap. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the ginger juice to the hot apple juice. Use up the remaining ginger juice as soon as possible.
