Instructions
- Pour 250 ml milk into a saucepan and add 2 teaspoons cocoa powder and 0.75 teaspoon of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Stir to combine.
- Heat on medium heat until steaming (approximately 70°C / 158°F).
- Add 1 teaspoon honey and stir well.
- Continue heating and stirring until the mixture boils (100°C / 212°F).
- Remove from heat and pour into a cup.
