Instructions

1. Finely chop the bell pepper and onion and mix with the other ingredients. Then it is best to let it steep for a few hours.
2. I always make a sauce carousel in different colors for fondue / grilling: curry pineapple sauce (dark yellow), egg sauce (yellow), cucumber dill sauce (greenish), paprika sauce (red), garlic sauce (white), cocktail sauce (orange / pink).
