Instructions

  1. At first, your pizza dough should have risen.
  2. The quantities of the pizza dough and the topping mentioned above are suitable for 2 large pizzas.
  3. Then the pizza sauce can be prepared. To do this, tomato paste, water, olive oil, pizza and pasta spices as well as salt and pepper are mixed together.
  4. Then the pizza dough, divided into 2 parts and rested for another 10 minutes, is gradually rolled out and placed on a pizza tray or baking sheet.
  5. The sausages are laid out around the edge of the rolled-out dough at a distance of approx. 4 cm and the excess dough is folded over the sausages and pressed under the sausages. Now the sausages are first cut at the end pieces and then every 3 - 4 cm. The resulting hot dogs are now turned so that the cut surfaces point to the front and back.
  6. Now the pizza can be spread with the sauce and then topped as desired.
  7. I used grated cheese, peppers cut into strips, salami, and olives.
  8. Then the egg is whisked and spread over the hot dogs and finally sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  9. Then the pizzas are gradually placed in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
  10. Before eating and cutting, I would only let the pizzas cool down for 2-3 minutes so that you don`t get burned.
