Remove the stalks and threads from the green beans and cut the beans in half. Bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil and cook the beans in it for 8 minutes. Drain the beans and save the water.
Heat the oil in the pan. Press the garlic into the oil, fry briefly, sauté the boiled beans and chopped ginger again briefly in the garlic oil. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil briefly. If there is not enough liquid, add a little more of the boiling water from the beans.
