- Remove the pulp from the lemon and cut the peel into very fine pieces. Finely chop or press the garlic and fry briefly in oil.
- Mix the minced meat with lemon zest, garlic, egg, curry paste and lemon stock well and form small meatballs out of it.
- Heat the oil in the pan again and fry the meatballs brown on all sides.
- The meatballs taste hot, e.g. with a cool yogurt sauce and salad, but also cold.
