Instructions
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan. Briefly sweat the mango in the butter and deglaze with the Cointreau. You can also briefly flambé (light) it here, but it doesn`t have to be. Then sweeten and fry a little more.
Best served with vanilla ice cream.
