Instructions

  1. Cut the marshmallows crosswise and glue the small marshmallows with a little white chocolate as a snout on the lower part of a large marshmallow half. Use two small marshmallows as ears. Glue these on with the chocolate as well. Draw eyes with sugar script and stick chocolate lentils on their muzzles as noses. Wait for the chocolate to set.
  2. For the hot chocolate, bring the milk, 150 ml cream and powdered sugar to the boil in a saucepan, then remove from the heat and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped chocolate to the milk mixture, wait 2 minutes and stir everything with a whisk, reheat if necessary.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into cups, pour the whipped cream on top and then, depending on the cup size, place one or two bears on top.
