Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika, turn in flour and fry in clarified butter. Remove from the frying fat and keep warm.
  2. Steam the onions cut into rings in the frying fat until translucent, deglaze with the vegetable stock, stir in the crème fraiche and season with Arrabiata spice mixture, salt and pepper and serve with the schnitzel.
  3. Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
