Put cinnamon sticks in glasses. Bring the passion fruit nectar to the boil, add the rum and divide into the glasses. Heat the milk but do not bring it to a boil, otherwise the foam will collapse. Beat with a hand mixer until frothy. Remove the milk foam with a spoon and pour it into the glasses, reheat if necessary and whip if the milk is no longer frothy enough.
