Wash the peaches, dry them carefully and remove the stones. To do this, cut into the fruit lengthways all the way down to the stone, carefully twist the halves against each other and remove the stone. Place a chocolate ball or two pieces of chocolate in the recess of half a peach and place the second half on top.
Wrap in aluminum foil and place directly on the weak embers and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
