Cut the peppers, cucumber, chilli peppers, sausages and the onion into small pieces (remove the seeds from the cucumber beforehand, otherwise the salad will water down) and place in a bowl.
For the dressing, squeeze the lemon, whip up the juice with a little olive oil and a small dash of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, chop the garlic clove and add to it.
Pour over the vegetables, mix well and let steep for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
