Cajun spice is a piquant mixture of spices and keeps very well in a sealed jar.
Mix the paprika powder, chilli and Cajun spice, sprinkle the prawns with it and let stand for 20 minutes.
Peel the onions and garlic, cut the onions into thin rings, cut the paprika into fine strips, finely dice the garlic. Simmer in the butter in a large pan for about 6 minutes.
Add the prawns and fry them over high heat until they turn color.
Stir in the cream and simmer until the prawns are cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley.
