Recently, hot sandwiches with cheese, cottage cheese, and smoked meat (or sausage) have taken root in my family. This is a great breakfast or snack option. It is very convenient to make preparations in the evening, and in the morning bake sandwiches in the oven for breakfast and serve with tea or coffee.
Put cottage cheese on a deep plate, add egg and curry. Grind well with a fork.
Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add meat and cheese to the curd mass.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Rinse the dull, dry, and chop finely with a knife. Send the garlic and dill to the bowl of the curd and cheese mixture. Spice up. Whether or not to add salt is a matter of taste, there is often enough salt in hard cheese and meat.
Stir the filling until smooth. Turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 200 degrees. Spread the prepared filling on the bread. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put bread pieces on it.
Cut the bread into thin slices about 1 cm thick. I cut 9 slices. If you use a baguette, you will need more pieces, since the baguette is smaller in diameter than a loaf or toast bread.
