Preheat the top of the oven (grill) to maximum temperature. Combine the shrimp, garlic, cilantro, chili (seedless), and lime juice in a blender until a paste. Season with salt and pepper and stir again.
Toast little slices of bread, place the cooked shrimp paste on top of them, and press it down.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds evenly. Place the shrimp sandwiches on top of the sesame seeds and press well. Gently flip the sandwiches on the baking sheet and cut them into triangles.
Place the baking sheet under the grill for a few minutes. Watch your sandwiches carefully, sesame seeds may burn. Serve hot sandwiches right away.
