Wash and dry tomatoes and herbs. Peel the garlic. Finely chop the herbs. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Mix mayonnaise, spices, half of the herbs, squeeze the garlic there. Mix well.
On a preheated frying pan for 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, fry the bread on one side.
Put the bread on a plate toasted side up, spread with mayonnaise with garlic and herbs.
Layout the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Sprinkle the tomato and cheese sandwiches with the remaining herbs. Put the sandwiches back into the pan, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Cover and fry for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
