Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces and dice the onion. If you like it very spicy, you can also cut one or two chili peppers or hot peppers into small pieces.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a sufficiently large pan, then wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Then fry the meat with the onions in the hot oil for a few minutes on both sides.
  4. The rice should be ready by now, add it to the pan with the vegetables with the meat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring, so that the vegetables are a little soft. Now add the paprika and peppers brunch and stir, then add a little milk if you like so that it doesn`t taste too dry. Let simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes and stir every now and then. If necessary, season with a spice of your choice, e.g. cayenne pepper.
