Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the apple. Then wash the physalis and squeeze the orange (or use ready-made orange juice) or peel the orange and cut into small pieces and put the pieces in the blender along with the apple and physalis. Mix everything until creamy and then add e.g., Top up with kefir and mix well again.
  2. If you find that the pieces of orange taste too coarse, you can still strain the smoothie - otherwise just enjoy!
  3. Tip: 1 - 3 ice cubes keep the drink nice and cool.
