Fry the minced meat in a little olive oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the tomatoes. Add the chillies cut into fine rings and the dried basil, stir. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes without the lid. If necessary, season again in between.
Finally stir in the sour cream and serve the sauce with spaghetti or tagliatelle.
