Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place the mozzarella and tomatoes alternately on plates or platters and sprinkle with plenty of chili powder, pepper and a little salt.
  3. Put the herbs on top and the balsamic vinegar. Finally sprinkle the seeds over it.
