Knead a yeast dough from flour, water, salt, olive oil and yeast and let rise for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, stir together the tomatoes, the pizza spice, the pressed garlic, the salt and the pepper for the sauce. Cut the sausages into slices, quarter the cucumber and onions, then cut into slices.
Roll out the pizza dough thinly and cut out with the dough trap. Place the circles in the dough trap, fill with sauce, sausages, onions, cucumber and a dollop of mustard. Finally add some cheese and then close.
Bake the pizza bags in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
Of course, you can also roll out the dough and cover it as a normal pizza!
