• 15 chilli pepper (s), red, dried (the brave take more)
• 1 bottle vodka, (0.7 liters)

Instructions

1. Add the 15 dried red chilli peppers to the 0.7 liter bottle of vodka, seal tightly, and let infuse for at least 2 weeks (4 weeks preferred).
2. Strain the infused liquid and pour it back into the bottle.
3. Serve ice cold.
4. Variation: use white rum instead of vodka.
