Steam the onions until translucent, then add the garlic and sauté briefly. Now add the tomato paste and also sweat briefly. Now add the potato cubes, sausage, tomatoes, paprika and paprika pulp. Then add the broth and kofte spice (or whatever else you think is appropriate). Let the whole thing simmer over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked and the peppers are soft. Now season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve.
Tip:
The consistency shouldn`t be as thin as that of a soup, but also not like that of a cream soup. But rather in between, so creamy. If the soup is too thick, add a little more water.
