Instructions

  1. Roll out the dough sheet on a floured work surface 45 by 35 cm. Cut a 3 cm wide strip from the edge for the decoration. Cover the middle third of the dough with half of the ham slices. Peel the apple in quarters and cut into slices. Cut the cheese into 3 mm thick slices then into 1 cm wide and 4 cm long strips. Distribute alternately with the apple slices on the ham. Then come the salami slices. Peel the tomatoes and cut into 1/2 cm slices. Chop the chives, sprinkle with the oregano over the tomatoes, cover with the remaining slices of ham. Fold the puff pastry sides over the ham. Place the fold on a baking sheet rinsed with water and decorate with strips of pastry. Brush with egg.
