Chop the tomatoes, fry them briefly in olive oil and season. Chop the basil and add. Deglaze with the broth, let it boil down, add the tomato paste. Season to taste with cream. Stir in the sauce thickener.
Mix with the pasta in the baking dish.
Pour croutons or toasted bread cubes over the top, sprinkle cheese over them and gratinate briefly (approx. 10-15 min).
